Contains description of programs, annual reports (including a history of the Bureau's formation), Board of Directors Minutes (1922-1938), records of Committees for Co-ordinated Child Care (1933-1937), and a file dealing with the placement of children born to Jewish mothers and black fathers (1933-1934).
